Driven by the philosophy of Veni, Vedi, Vici “I came, I saw and I conquered,” SYNERGY- An Institute of Civil Services Examination (CSE) was founded and led under the able guidance of its founder Mr. Mahendra Kumar Mohanty. In the year 2021, Mr. Ashutosh Pandey, founder of “prodEgy IAS” and previous principal managing partner of GS Score Institute joined this prestigious institute to redefine the status and visibility of Public Administration Optional in Civil Services Exams. Mr. Ashutosh Pandey leads the SYNERGY‟s administration with a longstanding dedication to academic service, to the value of scholarship and a deep devotion to mentorship for students.

Every online session get streamed online on a dedicated time slot. In case, if any student is not able to attend the class on a particular scheduled, upon request, institute allows them to access the recorded version as per requisitioned time of the student. There is also a round the clock technical support team of the institute to resolve the technical glitches, if any, faced by the student during the online session. The institute also publishes a monthly magazine “BRIDGE”, covering analysis of various contemporary topics related to exam.
